JIN INTER has core experience in electrolysis units for alkaline water, and has supplied them for many years. A complete alkaline water ionizer is more than an electrolysis unit: in Korea an ionizer is a household medical device, and the conditions for a manufacturing license are far stricter than for a water purifier. We therefore work with a licensed ionizer manufacturer in Korea, which builds complete ionizers around the JIN INTER electrolysis unit and holds the medical device licenses and certifications.
Both models share the same 420 W electrolysis platform, filters and plates. They differ in display and in the water offered at step 1.
Hydrogen + alkaline
Adds hydrogen water to the alkaline ionizer. Alongside alkaline and acidic water, it can deliver hydrogen water, so it can also be taken with medicine. FND display.
LCD display
The same electrolysis and 420 W power platform with a blue LCD display and touch buttons for purified, alkaline and acidic water.
A switching (SMPS) power supply replaces the classic transformer, which is limited to about 100 W. The PCB handles 200 - 420 W / 24 - 35 V / 10 - 20 A.
Delivers 2.0 - 4.0 L/min with accurate pH, high negative ORP and hydrogen ppb, where a classic transformer fails above 2.0 L/min.
A very large heat sink keeps the PCB cool with high-hardness water, protecting it and extending the service life of the ionizer.
The electrode current is divided into 39 fine steps, so the optimal ionized water is made at any water quantity and hardness.
Water pressure, flow rate and current are monitored, and the real pH and ORP are shown while water is drawn.
A semiconductor-circuit self-diagnosis shows the cause of an error on the display, so problems are easy to diagnose and solve.
The main and display PCBs are covered with protection caps against water, foreign objects and small insects.
A touch screen selects alkaline, purified or hydrogen, and acidic water, with a flexible outlet hose.

The plates are platinum-coated against oxidation. A 0.2 micron coating, thicker than the usual 0.1 - 0.15 micron.
A mesh surface gives about 15% more contact area than a normal plate, for better electrolysis.
Anode and cathode are swapped to stop mineral scale: pre-cleaning, post-cleaning, and pre + post cleaning.
Coconut-shell activated carbon, with about 1,100 m²/g of surface per gram, removes foreign substances, smells and taste. Two filter combinations suit different water: sediment + carbon + calcium sulfite, or sediment + carbon + tourmaline + biostone.
Breaks down the residual chlorine in tap water immediately by reducing it.
Releases ions, adsorbs harmful substances and turns clean water into active mineral water.
Dissolves four effective mineral ions: calcium, potassium, magnesium and sodium.

The ionizer electrolyzes drinking water such as tap water or groundwater. At the cathode, alkaline water (pH 7.5 - 10) rich in hydrogen and minerals (Ca, K, Mg, Na) is produced, with a reducing power of -250 to -300 mV ORP. At the anode, acidic water is produced for cleaning and care. Typical uses:
